Footnoted is a small, independent trivia publication. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.

Reporting an error

If a figure on a page is contradicted by a better source, a quiz answer looks wrong, or a reference link no longer works, please write to the publisher at the postal address given on the legal notice page. Quote the page address, the sentence or question concerned and, if you can, the source that disagrees. When a page is corrected, its "Updated" date changes.

What we cannot help with

• Homework and pub-quiz disputes. We cannot settle arguments one by one, but each page explains where its figures come from so that you can check them yourself.
• Advertising and sponsored pages. Footnoted does not publish sponsored content or sell links.
• The former use of this domain. Footnoted has no connection with the websites that used this address before; see About.
